Drop by the National Army Museum to hear music from brand new show, Spitfire: The Musical.
The show follows the story of Jenny, a pilot with the Air Transport Auxiliary. Serving during the Second World War, she yearns to break away from the expectations of others, fly Spitfires, and find freedom. She befriends two fellow ‘Attagirls’ and they begin relationships with an RAF crew. The musical tells a story of friendship and love, found, lost, and regained, amid the tragedy and backdrop of total war.
Performances will take place in the Atrium at the National Army Museum and will last for 15 minutes at a time.
