Description

September 2020 marks the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the intensive bombing raids on London and other UK cities during the Second World War that became known as ‘the Blitz’.

From spending night after night in Anderson Shelters to putting out incendiary bombs, you will hear stories candidly recalled by servicemen whose younger years were shaped by the Second World War on the home front.
