Using just the rays of the sun, trees and flowers help create everything from rubber to honey. Find out the powerful science going on in every leaf, petal and stem from expert ecologist and educator Michael Holland.

About the speaker

Michael Holland studied Ecology at Lancaster University and Oregon State University and is a keen photographer, wildlife gardener and all-round composting nerd!

He had a 25-year career at Chelsea Physic Garden, latterly as Head of Education for over 17 years. He has taught tens of thousands of people, aged 2 to 92, about the natural world.
